To keep providing our customers with a reliable service, we pride ourselves on trying to operate our fleet with the majority company owned vehicles, allowing us to keep our fleet of vehicles fully maintained and well presented. We only use a handful of dedicated contractors, that only work for T REX, on a full-time basis and are all single vehicle operators. All our contractors, like our employees, have been carefully selected and passionate about transport as we are. To get your deliveries done first time and correct.

All our vehicles are fully maintained to the highest levels, cleaned regularly and have weekly inspections

This includes ensuring all our vehicles comply with all legislated requirements with regards to vehicle safety systems and load restraint equipment. Our vehicles will be always maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition.
Our fleet has satellite GPS tracking and dash cameras
We don’t like to see GPS tracking used as ‘Big Brother’ to constantly check and watch our drivers. But more as a tool to optimise our service to be able to offer you our customer the best, most cost-effective service that we can provide. But also allowing us to see how where our vehicle is always, if you or we require to know how the vehicles are going, without disrupting our drivers or your service.

We take pride in the safety and wellbeing of all our staff. All our Drivers and Office staff are trained regularly on OH&S Procedures, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint, Fatigue Management, Mass Management and each customer’s site rules. Safety is the number one priority in our business, and we are committed to our T-REX SAFETY FIRST policy.
Just as important is the genuine safety culture we have at T-Rex and the acute awareness of our critical role in the Chain of Responsibility. All our staff and contractor inductions, ongoing training and behaviour-based safety approach provides a strong platform and foundation to ensure we are the safe supplier of choice when customers are considering their transport provider. We view all tasks with a safety-first approach and develops both safety and operational procedures that are fit for the specific purpose of transporting your freight safely and to your individual operational requirements. Through our consultation and partnership approach, we tailor your specific implementation program to ensure all safety, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
